TERMS & CONDITIONS

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY 

  • Registrations are 100% REFUNDABLE before December 14, 2023 
  • Registrations are NON-REFUNDABLE after December 14, 2023 
  • Registrations may be TRANSFERED to another qualified attendee, but must be completed 45 Days before  the start of the event.

LIABILITY RELEASE 

I hereby release Rocket Dental Conferences, its officers, employees and agents, and any other people officially  connected with this event, from any and all liability for damage to or loss of personal property, Sickness or injury  from whatever source, legal entanglements, imprisonment, death, or loss of money, which might occur while  participating in this event. Specifically, I release Rocket Dental Conferences from liability or responsibility for (my  physical condition, and for the presence or actions of any other participants).

PHOTOGRAPH & VIDEO RELEASE 

I hereby authorize Rocket Dental Conferences & staff to publish photographs or video taken of me at the Savannah  Grits & Nachos 2024 conference at the DeSoto Savannah, GA February 8-10, 2024 for use in Rocket Dental  Conferences’ print, online and video-based marketing materials, as well as other Company publications.

I hereby release and hold harmless Rocket Dental Conferences from any reasonable expectation of privacy or  confidentiality associated with the images specified above. I will not receive financial compensation for photo  usage. I acknowledge and agree that publication of said photos confers no rights of ownership or royalties  whatsoever.

SHARING PERSONAL DATA 

When processing your personal data, we may need to share it with third parties (including other entities within our  group of companies as follows: Marketing: We would like to send you information about our products and services  that we think you may be of benefit to you as well as those of our partner companies, who sponsor Rocket Dental  Conferences.

You agree to receive marketing information from our partner companies as listed above. You may opt out from receiving any marketing information at a later date. You have the right at any time to stop us (or any third party) from contacting you for marketing purposes and if you wish to do so, please contact us at  rocketdental.con@sweetpeameetings.com

HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR PERSONAL DATA 

In respect of personal data that we process in connection with the supply of our Services, we may retain your  personal data for up to six years from the date of supply of the relevant Services and in compliance with our data  protection obligations. We may then destroy such files without further notice or liability.

CONFIDENTIALITY AND SECURITY OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA 

We are committed to keeping the personal data you provide to us secure and we will take reasonable precautions to protect your personal data from loss, misuse or alteration.
